Standard Terms and Conditions
- “The Operator” refers to Fly Esperance Pty Ltd
- All Tours may be cancelled by the customer for any reason up until 7 days prior to departure and receive a full refund less a 3% processing fee if initial payment was made via Credit or Debit Card.
- Tours cancelled between 7 days and 72 hours can be rescheduled for a later date or are eligible for a 50% refund. Rescheduled flights are not eligible for refunds if cancelled.
- Tours cancelled within 72 hours of departure will not be eligible for a refund.
- Tours cancelled by the operator for reasons including but not limited to weather will be eligible to be either rescheduled or refunded in full.
- No-shows under any circumstances will not be eligible for a refund.
